For those who have already booked their move with VanOne EU, Our dedicated logistics line is available from Monday to Friday, 8:00 to 20:00, and on Saturdays and Sundays, 8:00 to 16:00.

Please note that for 5 and 10 cubic metre orders, we can only confirm the exact time of loading via email at least 24 hours before the planned loading. However, clients booking 15 and 30 cubic metre orders select their specific loading times during the initial booking process.
You can purchase packaging materials for your move with VanOne online at our Packaging Materials for Removals Shop. All purchased packaging materials from us will be dispatched to your UK address on the next working day after your online order is confirmed.
