You have a fixed price quote displayed online when you are making your booking of the goods, depending on the amount of goods and the route you will take. This is the price ensured; there is no extra expense in fuel, road charges, or common customs duty and transit charges. In that manner, you will be able to budget.

The Dedicated Move Manager is your assigned expert who ensures continuity and control over your entire removal. Their role is comprehensive, spanning from generating your initial fixed quote to coordinating vehicle movements, managing all required documentation (including customs paperwork), and providing personalised service updates until successful delivery.

In the case of a dedicated vehicle, the entire door-to-door route is approximately 3-6 working days. This comprises ferry transversals and any compliance mandate necessitating the European route. Our goal is to attain the quickest and safest delivery.

Generally no. Duty and VAT are not levied on personal goods that are over six months old and are used personally, due to the fact that both countries are members of the EU. When you are passing through a non-EU country, i.e., Great Britain, then you may be required to give the appropriate customs declaration (TAD).
