His core job is to ensure the customer service team consistently delivers superb service, acting as the ultimate advocate for the customer experience. On a daily basis, Michael is hands-on: training and mentoring staff, ensuring strict adherence to service procedures, monitoring customer reviews, and actively speaking with customers to gather critical feedback. He then uses this direct insight to continuously refine and improve VanOne EU’s systems, demonstrating his deep and enduring passion for customer service. As an expert, he also shares his knowledge and experience through informative blog articles on the company’s website.

Biography

Prior to his long tenure at VanOne EU, Michael was a Customer Service Supervisor at IKEA in North London, where he spent several years mastering high-quality service management. Complementing his service background is his Master’s Degree in Science. Michael leverages the analytical and problem-solving skills from his academic past to find innovative, robust, and highly efficient ways to manage and enhance VanOne EU’s entire customer service operation.
